Dr. Kumfer's Kitchen: Chocolate Peanut Butter Graham Crackers

What You Need

  1. Food

  2. 2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter (Just crushed peanuts, salt or no salt)

  3. 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein

  4. 4 Graham Crackers

  5. Bowl

  6. Spoon

What You Will Do

  1. Make sure the peanut butter is warm so it is a little runny. If you get natural peanut butter, room temperature should work.

  2. Place Peanut Butter in a dish and add 1 scoop of protein powder and mix until mixture is smooth.

  3. Spread on graham crackers and eat!
