What You Need
Food
2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter (Just crushed peanuts, salt or no salt)
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
4 Graham Crackers
Bowl
Spoon
What You Will Do
Make sure the peanut butter is warm so it is a little runny. If you get natural peanut butter, room temperature should work.
Place Peanut Butter in a dish and add 1 scoop of protein powder and mix until mixture is smooth.
Spread on graham crackers and eat!
