Dr. Kumfer's Kitchen: Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

Vegetables are important as they contain many valuable micronutrients your body needs but making vegetables taste great is hard. How do you make any food better? Just add cheese J These Garlic Parmesan Zucchini chips are a great way get your greens with the flavor! Not only that but they are easy to make too!! Try this side with some grilled chicken or steak and you have a delicious meal.

What You Need

  1. Food

  2. 2 Zucchini Squash

  3. 1 TBSP Olive Oil

  4. 3 TBSP Parmesan Cheese

  5. 1 TBSP Garlic Salt

  6. Mixing Bowl

  7. Large Skillet or pan

What You Do

  1. Cut the zucchini into round chips and place in mixing bowl.

  2. Coat the Zucchini with Olive Oil. I like to use an oil sprayer as it is easier to spread the oil evenly.

  3. Add Parmesan and Garlic Salt together and mix

  4. Add Mix to the Zucchini and shake well.

  5. Place zucchini in large pan on medium-high heat and cook until golden brown. Approx. 5-6 minutes per side.
