Dr. Kumfer's Kitchen: Chocolate Mousse
The words “healthy desert” sound like an oxymoron, but today’s recipe is just that. This Chocolate Mousse is made with all natural ingredients and no added sugar. This recipe is easy to do and makes plenty!
What You Need
1 Medium Banana
1 Medium Avocado
1 Tablespoon Cocao
Fruit for topping (2-3 Strawberries, 5-6 blueberries etc.)
What You Do
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend for 30 seconds
Pour into serving dishes.
Can be served immediately but will have a better texture if served after refrigeration for 30 minutes to an hour.
