Dr. Kumfer's Kitchen: Turkey Meatloaf


Looking for a healthy dinner with plenty of lean protein and vegetables? Look no further than our Turkey Meat Loaf! The recipe is simple to put together, but does take some time in the oven. You can also add your favorite BBQ sauce to the top once it done for some added zest.
What You Need
Food
1 Pound Ground Turkey
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Onion
1 Sweet Potato
2 Eggs
4 TBS BBQ Rub
Cutting Board
Large Mixing Bowl
Baking Dish
What You Do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Dice Pepper, Onion and Sweet Potato
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and hand mix until even
Add mix to baking dish.
Bake mix for 45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly
Remove and allow to cool before serving.
